When you switch suppliers, your new supplier EnergyVision takes care of everything. They will contact both your local grid operator and your previous energy supplier. Your switch usually follows 30 days after your request, but you can also choose a switch date yourself up to 6 months in the future. If you have requested a new connection or move, EnergyVision also takes care of everything, and then everything can be set up even faster.
Consumers are always entitled to a free cancellation period of 2 weeks after application. For this, you need to contact your new supplier yourself, or contact your current supplier and ask them to stop the switch. Business users are not entitled to 2 weeks' notice.
